Assist with technical strategy, AWS cloud architecture, and security compliance posture, including IAM Identity Center provisioning, multi-account management, and IT/data security due diligence for sponsor bank relationships. Lead coordination with development partners (SEI-CMMI Level 5) across the full product scope: end-user web and mobile app, admin panel, ACH payment processing, KYC/identity verification integrations, digital wallet support (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), and regulatory reporting.

Transitioned to IDES following the dissolution of the IOICC, continuing web development and IT support work in a similar capacity. Assisted the Job Training Division staff and clients, and supervised development and support of the web-based Illinois Resource Information System (IRIS), including troubleshooting, coding, and testing on IIS web servers running Windows NT 4. Supported the Springfield office with computer issues, inquiries, and application training. Contributed to the migration of the state agency website to new Governor-mandated agency templates built in classic ASP, which served as my first hands-on introduction to server-side includes in a production environment.

Supported the IT department of the IOICC, a state agency responsible for managing labor market and career information for Illinois residents. Assisted with the maintenance of state websites offering occupational data, career planning resources, and related programs. Developed and maintained the agency intranet using Macromedia Dreamweaver and classic ASP (.asp), including server-side includes for shared page components. The IOICC was dissolved on December 31, 2001, with all career-planning and occupational data responsibilities transferred to the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
